Trevor Smith Jnr: 1979 Corvette
Growing up as the son of Trevor Smith Snr, Trevor Jnr was destined to have a career in drag racing. Trevor started drag racing in a Junior Dragster from 2009 to 2016, winning the 2014 and 2017 IHRA Nationals in Junior Dragster. He tried out an altered in March 2025. The next step after that is his current 1979 Corvette Top Doorslammer.
Murray Anderson constructed the Corvette chassis in Melbourne. Team Bray built and painted the body. They also fabricated the rear end and then assembled the car, as well as built the engines and supplied parts.
