Adam Wigg has been racing since 1996, starting in the night wars series racing a Mk2 escort. His Dad Frank then got involved and the pair restored a Mk1 Capri GT, also running in the night wars series in the turbo 2wd drive class. Once the Capri reached its limits, a plan was hatched, and the Skyline was designed and constructed. Frank designed the chassis using CAD software, the body was also built by the team after taking a mould off a friend's Skyline. Originally the car was built with a 3.0L 6 cylinder and a Procharger supercharger, but for the past few seasons the car has had a Nissan V8 and Littlefield blower.
